As a personal trainer my goal is to TEACH you all the skills you need to maintain your health and fitness on your own. I focus on practical muscle and functional movement training. I believe ENJOYMENT is the most important part of your training. There is so many ways to train and I want to help you find the style you enjoy so that your program will be successful and sustainable. Physical health is about so much more than lifting heavy things and loosing weight. It is important to address imbalances and emotional tension that could be stopping you from reaching your goals. Let's work together to help you learn what YOUR body needs.

Pulse It!                                                                                                                                                                                                        

A new bodyweight resistance class that is sure to make you burn. This is a low to moderate intensity class with options for all levels and every body. Using the rhythm of the music we will pulse in our favourite moves to target our favourite muscles. To counter our steady contractions, we will use mobility movements and stretches as we go. You will be shocked at how much fun you can have in one spot!

Zumba® -                                                                                                                                                                                                     

This class is for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Zumba® Kids -                                                                                                                                                                                            

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favourite music. Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.

STRONG by Zumba® -                                                                                                                                                                               

Fitness enthusiasts and students looking for a more challenging, high intensity interval training workout. With most workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other. Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased after burn.

POUND -                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Confidence Through Movement (Available for group bookings) -                                                                                                     

This class is for kids at that tricky age. In the world right now it is hard enough to be confident in what you do everyday let alone be confident in yourself. In this class we will learn to find our own self esteem through movement in bellydance, self-defence, fitness form training and healthy choice discussions. Its a great way to spend some time with other girls of the same age in a comfortable and fun environment.

Fitness Preconditioning (Available for group bookings) -                                                                                                                 

This class is for kids out there starting or continuing in sports and their own fitness journeys. Physical education can only teach them so much in terms of techniques and form. Proper form and an equal balance of mobility, flexibility and strength training is crucial. Help your young ones start proper habits in the world of fitness and health.
