Dance is a way to express yourself. Fitness is a way to be in the condition to dance.
I am a dance instructor, fitness instructor, personal trainer, actress and performer. I make it a point to continue to learn and expand my skills on a regular basis. I am trained in numerous unique styles of dance including Bellydance, Polynesian, Hip hop, Cancan, several latin styles and have more training lined up. I am also licensed to instruct Zumba, Zumba Kids, Strong by Zumba and Pound. I have been in Victoria with my partner and dog for two years now and we love it! I have started to get to know this beautiful area and the people in it and I hope to meet more. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable place for anyone to reach their goals or just have some fun.
